  1. If you are interested in the property, but you need a few more days to think, we offer the possibility of pre-booking for 5 days, during which we do not offer your chosen apartment to anyone else.
  2. In the meantime, we will prepare a reservation contract for you. It includes a fee payable within 5 days of signing. The amount of the reservation fee is part of the purchase price and will be deducted from the total price.
  3. The next step is the conclusion of a future purchase agreement, the so-called SBK, which is concluded within one month of signing the reservation agreement. After signing the SBK, 20% of the purchase price is repaid within 10 days.
  4. You will pay the remaining part of the price of the apartment, ie the purchase price after deducting the reservation fee and the 20% SBK installment, only after the approval. We will first enter into a purchase agreement, the remaining amount is then due within 10 days of signing.

Financing assistance

The price of the property can be paid both from own resources and through a mortgage. We recommend that you use the services of our mortgage adviser to choose a mortgage.
