  1. If you are interested in the property, but you need a few more days to think, we offer the possibility of pre-booking for 5 days, during which we do not offer your chosen apartment to anyone else.
  2. In the meantime, we will prepare a reservation contract for you. It includes a fee payable within 5 days of signing. The amount of the reservation fee is part of the purchase price and will be deducted from the total price.
  3. A purchase contract is then signed within a month of signing the reservation contract, after which the remainder of the apartment price minus the reservation fee is paid.
